    Going dry without weed used to make me feel the dread too but then I became an alkie and realised what a proper physical addiction feels like, no thanks.

    Just make yourself busy, Engage yourself to different activities like sports, work or etc. You just have to do it bit by bit, I know its pretty hard specially on the first two weeks but eventually you'll get used to it.

    Best way i find to stop smoking is to substitute it with some other drug.

    It's a pretty hard habit to kick. I myself am trying to cut back on smoking as this is my final year of uni, but so far i've still managed to spend most of my loan on Weed.

    Just find something to keep yourself busy and don't try and plug the gaps with other substances.
