Concerta Instant Release

Concerta is methylphenidate with slow release. Do anyone know how to make them Instant release?

Crushing them is almost impossible.

Chewing them might work but its disgusting and it only makes the methylphenidate release a bit faster.

Any ideas?

Looking for a solution myself. I've tried using them for Kiddie Krack (methyl and sodium bicarb). Really kind of disappointed.

Found instructions on dissection but nothing simple or a clean extraction.
