I assume your talking about G13 crossed with white widow. G13 is somewhat of an urban legend, yes there probably are strains with massive amounts of THC but I very much doubt they were the products of top secret government breeding projects as legend tells.

Depends what you consider best. In term of THC content then probably yes but in terms of high I couldn't say, i've never tried it myself and everyone prefers different types of high.

Any of the white widow i have ever had has been quite mild, but very funny. I always prefer something a bit deeper and maybe even heavier.
