http://gfx.dagbladet.no/pub/artikkel/5/54/545/545263/revejakta_1220101568.jpg

i give this movie a 10 / 10

what can i say , film from 2008 based on the novel by the same name. The movie is a comedy/drama.
The title Den siste revejakta literally means 'The Last Fox Hunt', but the title is a play on words since the Norwegian word 'rev' can mean reefer

:D

so , give us your movie review's people , so others can get some ideas !
-One love-

Dubs are HORRIBLE!! How could you do it?
I have no problem with subs.
I'm used to it from anime and having to watch films for Spanish and my existentialism and film class.

Yeah I like sub's, its almost like reading a book and watchin a film at the same time, makes me feel all intellectual.

I love subs with Spanish. My listening abilities are seriously lacking, but I always find that I hear things retrospectively after looking at the subs. Also, I like to note the differences in translation. The English is always a little dumbed down, it seems. And of course it's good for picking up especially useful words/phrases that your professors are loathe to introduce to you. ;)

Yeah Subs all the way, can't stand corny dubs! I could never watch a foreign film with dubs, personally it would ruin it for me.

Subs massively improve your reading skillz also.

I'd rather see a foreign film with subs rather than dubbed any time - except for 1970s dubbed kung fu movies which are hilarious at times.:D

Great movies to watch with subtitles:

'Funny Games' (original Austrian version in German. Rather watch this version than the shot by shot English language remake)
'Das Boot' (5 hour German tv series/film)
'La Cabine' (amazing Spanish short from late 70's)
'Enigma of Kaspar Hauser' and the most recent version of 'Nosferatu' (German movies by Werner Hertzog)

I actually like subtitles too! I introd my two smaller kids to Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon two years ago (they were 10 and 13 then) and much to my surprise they both loved it! I never expected them to enjoy the subs but they both felt it made the film much more intense and enjoyable. They absolutely had to concentrate so missed nothing.

Another wonderful subtitled film-Pans Labyrinth------love that one.

Shaggy- seen Das Boot and its superb.

Getting away from subtitled films for a minute-------We went to see Slumdog Millionaire last weekend and enjoyed it much more than we expected. It was the most deserved slightly cheesy happy ending I've ever seen. Those kids deserved a happy ending people!!
9/10 for that one.

Well today i watched 2 films which i found really funny. they are old ones. u may be familiar.

The Adventures of baron Munchausen, a terry gilliam fantasy comedy classic. sorry im retarded and cant explain what happens but its pretty similar to the book don quixote

and the other film: how to get ahead in advertising....this was pretty damn good, id never heard of it before, richard e grant stars, around the same era as withnail and i. about a guy whos job is advertising and whilst trying to market pimple cream he has a breakdown due to the immorality of his job, and a talking boil develops on his shoulder, everyone thinks hes mad, he does kinda go mad all sorts of funny shit happens . my attention span just cut out. just lookit up on imdb or whatever. funny shit.

Just finished watching "Requiem for a Dream" for like the 15th time. I know most people find it too disturbing, which it is, but the first time I watched it I think I was concentrated more on how beautifully the film and cinematography was put together rather than the content of the film.
Either way I will always watch it if it is on, it just makes me happy something of such high quality was made and makes me feel like I have my life a lot more under control than they did.
