I wanted to order one last big batch of bubbles before the MMC-Hammer gets illegal here. 23rd of January is the deadline.

So i did and pushed my money via paypal in Mr.Big's direction. As it seems they do have some problems with paypal nowadays. But my money has been sent before the problems popped up. Sadly this was right into the holidays.

Got a validation email from paypal,though.

Now to the real problem. It has been three weeks, i wrote three emails to two different adresses and even commented on their blog.
I got zero responses from them.:mad: Their support has been fabulous in the past. Always experienced a fast and friendly email communication.

Anyone else with similar problems and hints on how i should behave?

FYI: The country i am talking about is GERMANY.

Now after almost four weeks, two comments and four emails they finally changed the status of my order to dispatched!
Looks like they were unable to find my money in the inbox. Every mail was titled with my order number and the verification code of paypal was send in three of my four emails. Now they finally found it. They always did in the past though.

So the voyage with miaow ends with some trouble, a blood red marked 22th of January, twelve free bubbles :D and hopefully an happy end @ my inbox.
