Im off the stuff at the moment anyway due to being skint and just getting bored of the high in general, i can no longer stick to 1g a session (and havent been able to for the best part of a year..) it isnt so cheap when you need 3 grams for one session! Think we've all been there mate....it got to the point where i was losing half a week every time i thought "ill just have a couple of lines.."

Ive only recently in the last 6 months began to wise up and have been able to control my urges, been taking the stuff for a couple of years

Even when experiencing chest pains i still didnt give up on it, yeah, i cut it down to maybe once a week but it rocketed back up again very quickly..

Side-effects? Yes I have noticed a fair few since ive been using mcat, such as weight loss, insomnia, mood swings and the feeling of addiction!But maybe I have a addictive personality!
I dont think it should get banned, like I keep hearing its going to be if thats the case they should also ban alcohol as that can cause if not more problems and side-effects to a person over a period of time.
Ive recently learned not to go over the top with the mcat and take regular breaks and at the mo feel fine physically & mentally.
