Observer reports UK Government's intention to ban Legal Highs

The Observer reports today that the UK Government intends to ban certain legal high substances:

The concerns focus on salvia, spice and mephedrone in particular.

i think the whole way how drugs are dealt with in our society needs a complete overhaul, what a waste of effort, time, and resource the current situation is.

it literally is, drug hysteria, and unless that is addresed it will continue to burden us all untill it is
