Anybody else get real shitty when your cannabinoids run out? Wonderful. I remember when I had to stop smoking bud, it sucked. Evidently JWH has the same problems when discontinued. No appetite. Sleeping is a forgotten luxury. Perfect.
Anybody else have the opportunity to observe the effects of cannabinoid cessation?
I'm an absolute asshole with no patience, moody and overbearing. Plus, my stupid mailman problem is still rearing its ugly head and its really not improving my mood. Also digestive problems abound, if you know what I mean.

Anyway, any input would be appreciated. Also, is there any way to supplement the CB receptor system? Kinda like 5-HTP helps with MDMA? or SSRI's and how they exhibit neuroprotective action after mdma use. You know what I mean. just a thought.

Yep man. you will get the shits, and feel sick with no appitie,
its all normal. most of these will ease though the week,

when you start smoking you still have shits..etc, but you feel better about the rest of things.

Yep! I ran out of spice diamond and excess 3 weeks ago and I'm only just starting to feel normal again. Thats it now I'm done with the blends, I love them, but I'm not going through that again, I get a horrible empty feeling, nothing is interesting and a complete lack of motivation, even music sounded shite. Just try and eat as much fruit and veg, drink as much water as u can, try and exercise. I didnt cain it and tapered my use. Try and avoid daily use with the blends, have them as a once/twice a week treat. If only I could follow my own advice!

Yeah your right, my problem is I like the combo of smoke blends and kratom - plus I was adding fairly strong cider to the mix as well, bloody nice high but x3 withdrawls, not a good idea!

I dont loose my appetite if I stop smoking hell no - I still have munchies like a motherfucker.

BUT when I stopped smoking I became a bit aggressive and bored - guess why ?

I havent smoked in about 10 months and I am still going strong.

I have had a fair bit of cannabis withdrawels.

Ive smoked plenty of blends, just not for an extended period of time so never had withdrawels from them. i have heard of people getting them though.

Cannabis withdrawels are annoying more than anything else.

I tend to smoke solidly for months on end (usually about 2 gram a day of bud on average) then when i run out eventually it goes tits up.

Last week i ran out of smoke and money on monday after having a good 3-4 ounces over the last 2 months. I spent all week trying and failing to sleep, spending all night awake for the most part (really annoying! grrrrrrrr!) i tried a few things, including 400mg (!!!!!!! far more than meant to be taken) of diphenhydramine (8 "one a night" nytols in other words) and it STILL didnt knock me out. In fact the only thing i would reccomend for it is getting drunk, as that actually got me a good nights sleep. Also i lost a bit of weight from just eating 1 meal a day for the week.

It sounds discouraging to hear the withdrawals are still there even if you taper use.
I use blends but try to use as little as poss. A 3g pack can last a week.
Although cannabis and blends are not addictive, when I had to stop cannabis, I got a speed habit. Speed helped me smoke less.

I get bad depression and anxiety anyway. Life just feels overwhelming. Everything stinks or sounds annoying, and I am uncomfortable in my own skin.
Who wants to walk around like this for a week.
Luckily I am not aggressive, but unluckily I am very easily upset by people, so am a hermit anyway.
Booze makes me worse, I only like a little drink if I have had a downer.

Benzos help with anxiety and sleep, but only for a few days, I guess they could be used, to help you though the worst of the withdrawals.

well, strangely, the attitude, lack of sleep, no appetite etc., only lasted about five days. Much shorter time than when I quit smoking bud. I wonder if its because the half-life of JWH is shorter than THC and associated CB's. I think it was worse to quit smoking bud than the JWH, the digestive problems and bad attitude sucked, but at least it only lasted a short while.

excessive doses of diphenhydramine will cause your brain to be overloaded, and like most other deleriants, this excess brain activity will cause you to stay awake but very much debilitated. I take about 100 mg when I'm trying to sleep and 300+ if I'm trying to stay awake (I don't like coke and I was hooked on amphets for years...)

and on a side note, I've smoked 2.1g of JWH ( .8 of 18 and 1.3 of 73) in 1 week alongside smoking regular weed almost daily aswell... I'm a few weeks out and down to 1 smoke per day, and I haven't smoked jwh powders in almost 3 weeks. (tho I've supplemented my usual highs with others such as 2ci and 'herbals' and kratom etc...)

ah cheers for that info! I had (leading up to the day i took 400mg), tried taking only 50mg, then 100mg before taking the 400mg though.

5 days is too long for me to be in a bad mood.
Depression/anxiety starts to rot my guts after two days.
Any more is a nono.

Cannabis and Cannabinoids WDs suck. Not at the same level as GBL or opiate WDs, but they interfere with your normal (normal lol) life.
Its the only time I see myself forced to drink alcohol to be able to eat and sleep a little.
