Fire Island: Instant Kava Kava Powder

T+0.00 Placed 1 heaped teaspoon in a cup and added 7up... mistake, the instant kava fizzes the 7up up, next time I'll do it the other way around.

Taste's quite nice, looks like a milk shake and quite throffy

Lost around 1/2(half a dose) teaspoon though due to incompetence on my part[I can allways lick it up :D]

T+0.03 just wondering if the kava spirits would piss on me if im not using the traditional methods of consumption... starting to get the numb taste kava brings.[i think there be more pissed at the retailers]

T+0.07 starting to feel a slight bennzoo feel, could be placebo though i've got an empty stomoch... tis around 10mg feel with my monkeys tolerence. prob 5mg for benzo nieve
also starting to feel quite relaxed... kind of kpins relaxed.

tried scooping the spilt kava but just imbedded into the mouse mate, damm that tazmaniin devil.

T+00.25 Powder settlled on the bottom... finished the drink, going to wait 15mins till rredos.

T+0.39 Unimpreeessed, going to dose again this time using double the recomended stregnth(2 heaped teaspoon)

T+0.45 Tastes stronger this time. Didn't fizz up as much when the powder was added after the drink. It actually tastes like kava now.

T+1.33 IMO a total waste of time and money... prob great if you suffer from anxiety but no rec value... still feeling it though, relaxing in the back, but i had more succsess with rippinng 30 something yogi tea bags apart and letting them soak... should have been the same dose.

Will be trying the instant shaman kava when it comes, if theres any point.

The word Krunk is totally misleading, should be chump

Tis hard to compare really... anti anxiety effects where present with kava but no euphoria that swim gets with vals... not only that but kava feels short lived.

I dont know how much kavalactones this brew contains... not much is my guess, i got more of a buzz of 32(23mg each kava.l) yogi teabags ripped up and stewed in cold water and drained with a coffee plunger thingy. Ill be trying the instant shaman product tomorrow... thats ment to be stronger.

I would just like to add that my op was a search for something to get mashed up on... not only that but i was using quite a bit of valium and was expecting similer results, plus there might be a cross tolerence as they both work on the same receptor sites. Dont let this post discorrage you from trying kava.

Im on the fireisland kava at the moment and im feeling pretty good, not wasted, just chilled. I've tried various other herbal relaxants since and kava is on top of them all.

Im out of kava atm so ill be investing in some more and trying out kanna again, i think that would make a good mix once the kanna has established itself.

btw, this stuff doesnt taste too bad with just water but I wonder if the same can be said with the stronger shaman kava.
