Ok I dont know much about the laws and stuff but if they ban "spice" can they not just change the packets and rebrand as say "ice" then when that gets banned change it again, just keep rebranding?
Wasnt it already banned in the US?

if the chemical JHW-018 gets banned then you wont use any of them.
if Spice a brand name got banned, then am sure you could use another blend like ex-ses etc,
but its not just the chem that get banned or, the brand name.
its the whole import/export shit that gets targeted more now..
The phycic deli has been on the run for sometime now. and will eventualy run out of vendors in diffrent countrys willing to market the stuff.

Yes Spice was because it contains HU-210 and CP 47,497 . I meant JWH-018. My mistake sorry.

It seems like here in the US we would have more important problems to deal with than banning a substance that effects 1)literate computer users and 2)people interested in getting high legally, both of which we are severely lacking of here in the States. However, NZ banning should be a pretty bright warning signal to the Spice aficionados in the States, it does not bode well at all.

New Zealand retailers are under the spotlight again this time for products Spice and Dream. Germany and Austria formally outlawed Spice, while US customs officials have seized imports. Boxes of Spice are imported ready-made from Qingdao in China the new zealand government has been testing Spice and Dream has revealed they contain a substance similar to the active ingredient in cannabis, that maks it's a control drug analogueand that makes them a Class-C controlled
that's is all shit analogues must have similar molecular structures, and this is not the case with JWH-018 so i can not see how it can be a Class-C controlled drug as it is not a analogue
