I ordered weeks ago and have not recieved anything yet. He hasnt even responded to any of my emails. I now need to contact paypal to get my money back so Beware when ordering. I am letting as many people know as I can so it doesnt happen to them. I will post on more forums so people dont lose their hard earned money. IT sucks!

Strangely, spice-gold-direct is doing the same thing to me. Never had a problem before, but they won't respond to any of my e-mails.
Back to the subject, XXXhighs was down for a month or two, then came back up and I haven't heard of anyone receiving orders.. and the little statement about having legal problems (on the site) doesn't sound encouraging

No problem, Dam I use spice-gold direct too.. I hope they dont stop shiping. That really sucks. I went to AROMATIC-BLENDS-DIRECT which is listed on the same site and each time I ordered it was canceled everytime, I asked them why and they never responded. And I know my credit card was fine. How long ago did you order? It sucks that customs is aware of these blends now but I still dont think they will look for smaller orders say under an oz. Their not going to check every package like that but IDK, at least I dont think they would.

I ordered at the beginning of feb. E-mailed them at the first of march, and they replied "we value you as a customer and will reship or reimburse if your order fails to arrive"... Been emailing about once a week, with no response.. out about 200 bucks, kinda pissed.:mad:

I dunno, but i hope they're not going through the same thing that spice world 420 went through, if thats the case then maybe that would explain it. Now 420 is still in business but it appear that they no longer sell the same products as xxxhighs.

Oh, keep in mind that i may be ignorant of the facts. Maybe someone here may know better.

Yeah it sucks, but maybe this will help. I ordered from psychoactive herbs one time spent over 100 bucks and a month later still nothing.. emailed them to send it again they said needs to be two months before they re-ship but then it came. Took like a month and two weeks for me to get but at least I got it. so you still should get it so I woud say not to worry to much just yet. Also I heard if something is kept of found by customs you will get a letter in the mail explaining.
Maybe they are having the same problems as sw420 but I wish he would let me know.

I had that problem with them last year. Advised of despatch and then nothing for two weeks. No response to e-mails, nothing. Then, out the blue, I received a parcel next day recorded delivery and a note to say they'd actually been out of stock all along. They included a big bag of samples and goodies as compensation, to the extent that I was glad they'd been out of stock. So if you cross your fingers all might turn out well.:D

i e-mailed their alternative site http://salviadee.com and they responded by asking which web site I actually ordered from, and wanted my tracking number.. Then a few minutes later, I received a short e-mail from spice-gold-direct saying "you can track your mail at royalmail.com or usps.com.... yeah, no shit. duh. that's what I've been doing for the last 60 days. Still in new york.. no letter from customs, can we extrapolate that maybe the inept post office has maybe lost it?

I've never had problems with salviadee. Customs wont stop it unless you have like 3 oz of spice. Remember its not illegal yet here in the states!

I bought from several websites and have had to wait ages for products to arrive and even not arrive at all. BUT recently I found a small select website that stock only a few herbal smoke products and at fantastic prices. I made my orders and within a week all had arrived. I've been using this shop for several weeks now and they've never let me down. I've tried all their products and all have great effects. Highly Recommended NO LINKS
