i did crystally meph for the 2nd time after 3 days and it wasnt as intense :confused: plugged 320mg.....

IMO the crystally isn't really meph or the fluffy isn't really meph or we're dealing with highly neurotoxic contaminants (methamp thrown in? :eek:).... the fluffy and/or stinkyass horse urine whatever crap is speedy and lusty and has a slap on the come-up and gives you eye-wiggles.... the crystally that i have boasts a smooth come-up with a highly stable headstrong peak that becomes almost unpleasantly intense, but no eye-wiggles and not as speedy or lusty...... can even get dysphoric.....

Health is fine mate. But meph was fucking me up in other ways not too long ago. session every few days, missing numerous night sleep and loads of food a week, struggling to get to work on a meph comedown etc

thought all was good at the time then i just kind of realised what i twat i was being.

Once it gets its legs under the door its hard to kick him (or her..) out

a few people have fallen into this trap, its not the most obvious one

GBL does work in that instance for me ash - but i end up waking up 2 hours later rather than the full 5 for some reason.........

I used to be able to sleep fine off just weed following meph, for about a year when it first arose. Thats not happened for about a year now, though.

xanax or a decent amount of valium will do it. The other day i took 10mg diazapam and 2mg phenazepam and that worked for a few hours but then i woke up again, feeling fairly dazed!
