if you went up to a cop, atleast one who was *really* adamant about doing his job, and admitted to prior illicit drug use, that's ATLEAST enough 'probable cause' to search you... if not arrest you (you didn't say what kind, how much or where you do it...)

I can say with 99.8% certainty at this point that it was taken down by an authority. there was ALOT of good adivce on that forum, but there was alot of really bad advice going on too. they wouldn't even have to prove that oval new bulk buys were going on through the site, just 'facilitating the transaction' is enough to be considered a conspirator.... more than likely they'll tell him that if he gives up his server reals and dissapears from the community for a little while, they'll leave him alone... if he refuses, they move on to threatening the host, serverbank, isp... and if ANY of these are legitimate (even very small) companies, they'll be swayed by the men with the shiny badges. remember: it's not illegal for the police to BOLD FACED LIE to you... about anything... as a matter of fact, it's usually encouraged to claim evedence that doesn't exist... (when I was arrested I was told they had 'pictures of her all bruised up and beaten'.. cept the arresting officer didn't know all I did was grab her wrist... I laughed at him and told him not to waste his breathe and that I was quite aware of my rights and the edequite I should expect...)

IDK which forums you've been reading, but I see alot of 'irrisponcible drug promotion', and I wont even get into the whole postulation about sources..

in all fairness, we are a legitimizing engine, and nothing more. I cant say that I know what's going on as ive been detoxing for like the past week. :p

I think its probably just an error that hasn't been fixed, I think this because oval has been busier and busier more recently and has been online on fuckled and MSN less and less (often for up to a week at a time, ie longer than fuckled has been down for).

With all the errors for months then everything hosted on that server is down, Could that mean server failure and all info is fucked unless using a constant back up to another server. If that was the case the back up would be running by now.

I mean I could still find good info from other sites like this one and others, but the things I was interesred in was already covered over there. Guess we really have to wait and see.

I'd have thought so, especially if you just ordered a small amount which was obviously for personal use. I'm more ocncerned for people who've purchased bulk amounts (such as 25g+ in a transaction, as it could look as though they had intent to supply.)

There's been a fatality allegedly from meph down in Brighton so it's going to be demonized even further so I'd only stick to small amounts when placing orders and to ideally use a private supplier rather than a highly visible online vendor if you want to avoid customer records being found out, etc. But think it's the big boys who need to be biting their nails, not the likes of you or me...

I hear what would be deemed if they came onto the market now class A drugs by the same governments advisory body whom rushed research through about possible problems with kittypuss powder are still fully legal and available on nearly every street in the country.
Wish I could get of on alcohol and nicotine slowly killing myself with highly addictive, physically and socially damaging class A drugs - LEGALLY -
So what is classed in the super bad A category is allowed by the government and the less harmfully class B drugs aren't. What kind of policy making is this.

All I can think is that this is the first time I've ever noticed the site being listed as 'suspended' so I suspect his host may have objected to the contents. Even if it's down for good, I'd imagine that either a new site will eventually reform or that perhaps more will flock over here or to similar places. I agree, it won't ever be quite the same but it felt the same way when Champs' site closed two years ago. I just hope that some of the friendlier faces will re-emerge. Still, it certainly had its own flavour, just as Champs' site did.
