Why not ship to the US?

Sorry if this is in the wrong section.

I don't understand why some websites won't ship legal products to the US.

Actually, I do understand why - the US has stricter analogue rules.

However, these Doves/Daze/Jax are not strictly illegal in the US, and I've never had a problem acquiring Doves or Daze. Never (after 2 years of buying and 30+ packages, surely). If companies don't want to risk it, then just put on the website that it's the consumers responsibility if seized.

Furthermore, from the very few people who had customs seize it - not many, mind, and this includes worldwide - all it was was a letter from customs....nothing serious.

Seriously, I'm sure I could get most BZP products to the US, even....you really think customs checks EVERY package in 100% detail? What's more, do you really think they care about an individual who only purchased one or two packages of BZP or Beta-Ketones?

So for the US people out there - if you research the party pills enough (google it, it's really easy) you'll find places that ship said products to the US, and you get it almost all of the time (again, I've never had a problem).

Fuck the government....it's their own idiotic fault due to failing prohibition laws of current illegals that make them ban less known substances like BZP and Beta-Ketones....the more we buy of the legal highs, the more they dislike it, the more they realize they can't ban every new drug that's appeared, they more they realize the like of Weed, MDMA, etc are better since we know the full effects, the sooner it will be regulated and legalized.

You're right, Analogue Laws. Customs agents will actually take the time to test said bath salts and plant feeders. And quite recently, a vendor had a shipment opened and tested by customs, which concluded a positive for methamphetamine. This could lead customers and vendors to some very big and unnecessary trouble, just due to ignorance. My thinking is that if the tests come up positive for illegals, than it is surely going to be covered as an analogue, regardless of what the structure of the chemical is.

LU's New Zealeand site WILL ship to the USA. They are very nice and sometimes will send a free sample. I should note that this applies to the Doves and Summer Daze. Also Groove & Move, (don't bother with those).
Also, the Doves don't seem to be as strong as they were. But hey, the US New Zealand dollar exchange rate is good. You pay less for your product if you live in the USA. Can't beat that. So unless you live in the UK, don't order from The LU Doves site. Also they only have the LU Doves & other pills. Their LU Doves are legal in the UK & worldwide so says their site. So I guess they ship anywhere in the world, for now. So if that's your ultimate goal, use them. Peace & Good Luck.

The analougue laws have never been tested. They are unconstitutional and the feds know it. They threaten people with it to get them to plead down. This law wouldn't make it past the appellate courts.

Well speaking of analogs, you can still buy BK-MDMA and the whole Win-line of RC's in and from the US. If it's still legal where you live. Not to mention, (but I will), JWH-!8, 73, 200, 081, 250 & 019. For once the laws on this are in our favor! "FEED THOSE PLANTS" Peace & Good Luck.

so i did just order from that lu site. i've been reading about new ludoves. are the ones on the lu site the same as i been buyin from another site until recently when they took them off. the packaging looks the same. just curious.

I'm not too sure. Which site did you order from? & was this before or after the ban? I've never had the older LU Doves. I heard they were very speedy. And very strong. The new one's are not too strong. And they are not speedy either. I can take 2. 1 pill an hour or hour and a half apart from each other. I still like the Diablo XXX from AM-HI-CO better. But that's just me. (No I'm not a vendor to anyone who think's so). But if what you have now is what you were getting before, you'll know. Alot of stuff that got baned overseas did'nt get baned here in the US. If you look around, can still find Spice and other smoking "incenes" that still have JWH-18 and such in them.
